EASY GO-TO TO GO BREAKFAST
If you like lemon merengue pie, pudding, yogurt, or really anything creamy and citrus you will LOVE these overnight oats (aka ONO). I make 2-3 mason jars so I have three day’s worth for the week.
LEMON OVERNIGHT OATS
- 1/4 C gluten free rolled oats
- 1/3 C almond milk
- ½ C yogurt (I use fage fat free plain greek)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
Mix ingredients and put in Mason jar (or any container) overnight or up to 4 days. ENJOY!
**Sometimes I add a tablespoon of mini vegan chocolate chips and eat this for dessert.
