THE METHOD

Our exclusive method was developed by professional fitness experts to burn maximum calories and continue to do so for around 30 hours after the workout! This method is crafted to boost your metabolism, strengthen slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers, and tone your entire body.

We offer three rides that all provide a consistent, full-body workout. The METHODride is our signature 45-minute course. The STRIVE adds 15 minutes to the signature session, and the free COMMUNITYride let riders get to know new coaches on the team.
